<li>1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience</li>
<li>Clear, confident telephone manner with strong persuasion skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems for logging call activity</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home</li>
<li>Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection</li>
