<p>fleetster is a SaaS company located in Munich that provides smart solutions for global fleets and car-sharers to make customers’ daily fleet life as easy as possible. Our product core is the sophisticated software platform with over 100,000 users in 9 languages and in over 28 countries. Our company backbone are smart people who strive to redefine the future of mobility and build a better future.</p>
<p>In an ongoing effort to grow and further extend our market presence and reach our vision of 1 million managed e-vehicles, we are launching a greenfield new product line and are looking for a senior backend heavy full-stack engineer (m/f/x) in Munich.</p>

<li>Shape the future of our new product by ensuring solid engineering principles and best practices you have learned over the last few years along with like minded team mates</li>
<li>Your voice matters: we are looking for people that take ownership of the features they build</li>
<li>Building up the team to an efficient development unit with the potential to include leadership responsibilities</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of professional / hands-on development experience (Specific experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus)</li>
<li>You are a true AI native engineer that understood the role of AI in development, while improving the quality and security of enterprise applications and not just a 'vibe coder'</li>
<li>Experience in an agile mode with our tech stack (see below)</li>
<li>Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)</li>
