<h3>ob Summary</h3><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant</strong> with strong <strong>Energy/Utilities domain</strong> experience to support an SAP implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP PM solutions covering asset maintenance, work management, preventive maintenance, and field service processes.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li> Configure and implement <strong>SAP PM</strong> solutions based on business requirements. </li>
<li> Work on <strong>Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)</strong> processes. </li>
<li> Configure: </li>
<ul>
<li> Equipment & Functional Locations </li>
<li> Maintenance Plans </li>
<li> Preventive Maintenance </li>
<li> Notifications </li>
<li> Maintenance Orders </li>
<li> Work Centers </li>
<li> Task Lists </li>
<li> Measuring Points & Counters </li>
</ul>
<li> Support <strong>end-to-end SAP implementation</strong> activities. </li>
<li> Work with business teams to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications. </li>
<li> Coordinate with SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, and other functional teams for integration requirements. </li>
<li> Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment. </li>
<li> Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, and functional documentation. </li>
<li> Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP PM issues. </li>
</ul><h3>Energy / Utilities Experience</h3><p>Strong preference for candidates with experience in:</p><ul>
<li><strong>Energy, Power, Gas, Water, or Utilities</strong></li>
<li> Utility asset management </li>
<li> Transmission & distribution assets </li>
<li> Work order management </li>
<li> Preventive and corrective maintenance </li>
<li> Field maintenance operations </li>
<li> Asset lifecycle management </li>
<li> SAP <strong>IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities</strong> integration </li>
</ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul>
<li> 6+ years of SAP PM experience. </li>
<li> Strong hands-on <strong>SAP PM configuration</strong> experience. </li>
<li> Experience with <strong>SAP S/4HANA</strong>. </li>
<li> Full lifecycle <strong>SAP implementation</strong> experience. </li>
<li> Strong understanding of maintenance business processes. </li>
<li> Experience integrating SAP PM with <strong>MM, FI/CO, PS</strong>, and other SAP modules. </li>
<li> Excellent communication and client-facing skills. </li>
<li> Ability to work in <strong>U.S. shifts</strong> and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.</li>
