<li>Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community engagement.</li>
<li>Develop and execute effective <strong>marketing strategies</strong> for listings, including social media campaigns, email marketing, brochures, and promotional materials.</li>
<li>Create compelling property presentations, listing descriptions, and online advertisements.</li>
<li>Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, property staging, and competitive positioning.</li>
<li>Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and guide clients through the sales and closing process.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of interactions, listings, offers, and sales through CRM tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate with photographers, stagers, attorneys, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local real estate regulations.</li>
</ul><h4><strong>Requirements</strong></h4><ul>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>real estate sales, marketing, or related business development</strong> roles</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously.</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.</li>
<li>Valid real estate license in jurisdiction (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is an asset.</li>
