<li>Establish governance frameworks and program methodologies </li>
<li>Mentor and develop project managers within the organization </li>
<li>Align PMO activities with strategic objectives </li>
<li>Implement tools for real-time reporting and resource management </li>
<li>Serve as a change champion for project delivery </li>
</ul><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul>
<li>7+ years in project/program management</li>
<li> Proven experience setting up or leading a PMO </li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of PM software and frameworks </li>
<li>Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills </li>
<li>PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred</li>
