A high growth software development company and a major contributor to one of the largest consumer crypto platforms globally, building for the future.</p><h3>What You Will Do<br> </h3><ul> <li>Design user centred interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms that align with the company vision.</li> <li>Translate complex DeFi concepts into intuitive, visually compelling designs for a mainstream audience.</li> <li>Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define design requirements and execute solutions.</li> <li>Create wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.</li> <li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs iteratively.</li> <li>Define and maintain the design system, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.</li> <li>Stay up to date with design trends and best practice across both consumer and crypto products.</li> </ul><h3>Who You Are<br> </h3><ul> <li>Must have worked on a leading consumer product, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful designs and user friendly interfaces.</li> <li>Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision or Protopie.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience creating designs that balance functionality with exceptional visual appeal.</li> <li>A user centred approach, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant designs.</li> </ul><p><strong>Why Join<br></strong><br>If you thrive in chaos, love ambitious problems, and want to build something game changing, this team wants to hear from you.
