<li>Prepare, process, and maintain accurate sales invoices while supporting accounting-related administrative tasks;</li>
<li>Follow up on accounts receivable and communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and contract-related matters;</li>
<li>Verify customer orders and ensure all details are correctly processed and documented in internal systems;</li>
<li>Update customers on the status of their files, orders, and ongoing administrative processes;</li>
<li>Enter, update, and monitor sales contracts within the database while maintaining high data quality standards;</li>
<li>Manage general administrative responsibilities including reception support, phone handling, and office management tasks;</li>
<li>Support day-to-day operational activities and contribute to the successful execution of internal operational projects;</li>
<li>Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and customers to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction;</li>
<li>Maintain organized documentation and administrative records while ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time.</li>
</ul><h3>What you need to succeed in this role:</h3><ul>
<li><strong>Excellent French and English communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written);</strong></li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach across <strong>phone, email, and internal collaboration;</strong>
</li>
<li>Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage files accurately, independently, and in a highly structured manner;</li>
<li>Attention to detail, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose practical process improvements;</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in learning and adapting to new systems and tools;</li>
<li>Customer service mindset with the ability to follow up promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive client relationships;</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward supporting business operations and customer satisfaction;</li>
<li>Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).</li>
</ul><h3>Will be a great plus: </h3><ul>
<li>Prior exposure to or interest in AI tools;</li>
<li>Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets);</li>
<li>Knowledge in Frech would be a great plus.</li>
