<li><p>Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers</p></li>
<li><p>Identify and qualify leads from various sources</p></li>

<li><p>Strong interest in a sales career (sales experience is a plus!)</p></li>
<li><p>No insurance experience required—we’ll help you get licensed</p></li>
<li><p>Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently</p></li>
<li><p>Excellent communication skills and follow-through</p></li>
<li><p>Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses</p></li>
