AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><div>• Design and build RESTful APIs and services in .NET that integrate a new partner-facing portal with internal loan systems.<br>• Implement business logic per documented API contracts and business rules.<br>• Build and consume asynchronous, event-driven integrations (message/queue-based notifications).<br>• Write automated tests and participate in code review.<br>• Deploy and operate services in containers on Azure, using GitLab CI pipelines.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve defects across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.<br>• Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Software Architect to clarify requirements and edge cases.</div></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><div>• 6+ years of professional software development experience with .NET (C#), including independent ownership of complex features end-to-end.<br>• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.<br>• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, or equivalent).<br>• Experience with containerized deployments (Docker).<br>• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or equivalent).<br>• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (unit and integration tests).<br>• Good English communication skills (B2+) — daily collaboration with a US-based team.</div></ul><h3>Nice to Have:</h3><ul><div>• Experience with OAuth 2.0 / bearer-token security patterns.<br>• Experience with event-driven or asynchronous architectures (Service Bus, pub/sub).<br>• Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services.<br>• Experience integrating with legacy or mainframe systems via APIs.</div></ul><h3>Our benefits include:</h3><div>- Premium Healthcare</div><div>- Meal voucher</div><div>- Maternity and Parental leaves</div><div>- Mobile services subsidy</div><div>- Sick pay-Life insurance</div><div>- CI&T University </div><div>- Colombian Holidays</div><div>- Paid Vacations</div><div>And many others. </div><div>Collaboration is our superpower, diversity unites us, and excellence is our standard. </div><div>We value diverse identities and life experiences, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe work environment.
