<p>We’re looking for an <strong>IT Systems Engineer</strong> to join our global Infrastructure & Platform team. In this role, you will design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve infrastructure systems supporting PSI’s business operations globally.</p><p><strong>Full-time employment based in Czechia</strong></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Design, implement, maintain, and improve Windows and Linux server infrastructure</li>
<li>Manage and maintain virtualization, storage, and backup platforms</li>
<li>Administer Windows Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)</li>
<li>Support enterprise applications and services hosted on Windows and Linux platforms, including email and business systems</li>
<li>Manage infrastructure management and supporting systems, including monitoring, patch management, configuration management, and access control services</li>
<li>Plan and execute OS patching and infrastructure upgrades in accordance with company policies</li>
<li>Lead small and medium-sized infrastructure projects and participate in larger infrastructure initiatives</li>
<li>Perform qualification, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of infrastructure systems</li>
<li>Maintain accurate infrastructure asset inventory, warranties, and related services</li>
<li>Coordinate with infrastructure vendors, including tracking deliveries, contract execution, and vendor activities</li>
<li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with Network & Connectivity and Cloud & Modern Workplace teams on cross-domain initiatives</li>
</ul><h3>Must-have qualifications</h3><ul>
<li>University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field</li>
<li>Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory</li>
<li>Practical experience with virtualization technologies</li>
<li>Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise infrastructure services such as PKI and email/MTA technologies</li>
<li>Practical experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions</li>
<li>Experience designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure projects</li>
<li>Experience with infrastructure monitoring, patch management, and configuration management</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and maintain detailed technical documentation</li>
</ul><h3>Good to have</h3><ul>
<li>Experience with VMware, Proxmox, or Hyper-V</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure</li>
<li>Experience with Azure Arc and Azure Update Manager</li>
<li>Experience with Zabbix or other infrastructure monitoring platforms</li>
<li>Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages and infrastructure automation</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Sendmail, or Postfix</li>
<li>Experience with Veeam or similar backup technologies</li>
<li>Familiarity with ITIL, change management, qualification, and validation processes</li>
<li>Relevant Microsoft, virtualization, Linux, or other infrastructure certifications</li>
