In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.</p><h3>Scope of Work</h3><ol>
<li>Author objective, precise, and non-guessable question-and-answer sets based on multi-part CAD assemblies provided in native FreeCAD format.</li>
<li>Analyze complex mechanical designs, focusing on geometry, assembly relations, and engineering function to craft several technical questions per assembly.</li>
<li>Ensure each question has an exact, verifiable answer that requires application of domain expertise.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality written content, demonstrating clarity and technical accuracy in both questions and answers.</li>
<li>Collaborate asynchronously via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements, review feedback, and iterate on deliverables.</li>
<li>Document insights or ambiguities encountered during the authoring process to support continuous improvement.</li>
</ol><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ol>
<li>Extensive background in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or industrial design with strong foundational CAD knowledge.</li>
<li>Significant experience working with multi-part assemblies and interpreting engineering drawings.</li>
<li>Familiarity with FreeCAD or comparable CAD platforms; direct FreeCAD experience is a plus but not a strict requirement.</li>
<li>Proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to author detailed technical questions or training material for engineering applications.</li>
<li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing objective, assessment-ready content.</li>
<li>Profile consistent with an expert or consultant who values accuracy and clarity in technical communication.</li>
