</ul><p><strong>Send your responses to </strong><strong></strong></p><p>Services Australia is seeking to identify suitable Candidates to perform the role of Program, </p><p>Project and Scrum Masters from junior levels to expert and manager levels to help the </p><p>agency monitor project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, and liaise with key </p><h3>stakeholders.</h3><p>Program Officers provide high-level procedural, administrative and operational support to a </p><p>work area aiding the delivery of the agencys programs. They contribute to strategic planning </p><p>and policy development and to changes in workplace practices and business improvement </p><p>strategies. Program Officers also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide </p><p>advice to ensure the consistent delivery of program services.</p><p>Project Officers support the delivery of the agencys projects. They play a role in managing </p><p>straightforward projects, developing, and maintaining relationships with internal and external </p><p>stakeholders and provide specialist advice to ensure the consistent delivery of project </p><h3>outputs. </h3><p>Scrum Masters enable teams to self-organise, self-manage, and deliver, using agile values, </p><p>principles, and practices. They guide teams towards structuring and managing their own </p><p>work to meet their stated objectives. Scrum Masters help to balance the work of the team in </p><p>the context of competing priorities, including contributing to planning, changes in workplace </p><p>practices and business improvement strategies.
