There will be a merit pool created for any additional suitable candidates who were unsuccessful, this merit pool will remain valid for 6 months.</p><h3>Essential </h3><ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in data analysis and Power BI reporting.</li> <li>Establishes and manages processes for regular and consistent access to departmental information across multiple sources.</li> <li>Creates and maintains data pipelines to connect data within and between data stores, applications and organisations.</li> <li>Carries out data quality and validation checking.</li> <li>Plans own data modelling and design activities, selecting appropriate techniques and the correct level of detail for meeting assigned objectives.</li> <li>Provides advice and guidance to others using the data structures and associated components.</li> <li>Applies a variety of visualisation techniques and designs the content and appearance of data visuals.</li> <li>Operationalises and automates activities for efficient and timely production of data visuals.</li> <li>Strong understanding of data modelling and data quality concepts.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and data modelling.</li> <li>Experience with aligning and streamlining data from multiple sources and legacy systems.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li> Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Power Query and DAX functions.</li> </ul><h3>Desirable:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience working in portfolio management office and / or with financial management reporting.</li></ul><p>Every application requires to address selection criteria as part of application submission.</p><h3>Essential Criteria</h3><p>1.
