This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting with potential clients and creating new business opportunities. <div>You will be responsible for reaching out to qualified leads, building initial relationships, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. <div> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul> <li>Conduct outbound cold calls to a provided list of leads. </li> <li>Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and introduce them to our services. </li> <li>Qualify potential clients based on established criteria. </li> <li>Generate interest and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. </li> <li>Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. </li> <li>Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes. </li> <li>Follow up with leads when necessary. </li> <li>Consistently work toward appointment-setting and performance goals. </li> </ul> <div> <b>Requirements:</b><ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or a similar outbound sales role. </li> <li>Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. </li> <li>Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone. </li> <li>Strong persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Highly motivated, hungry for success, and results-driven. </li> <li>Eager to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve. </li> <li>Enthusiastic personality with positive and exciting energy. </li> <li>Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated. </li> <li>Strong work ethic and ability to work independently during EST business hours. </li> </ul> <div> <b>What We're Looking For:</b><div><div>We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, enthusiasm, and energy to every conversation.
