</ul><p>The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payment application. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/cube-care">Cube Care</a>’s financial accuracy and reporting.</p><p>The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and financial data in a fast-paced environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><h3>Bookkeeping & Financial Support</h3><ul>
<li>Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: <ul>
<li>Process Customer and Vendor invoices. </li>
<li>Track payements and follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections</li>
</ul>

<li>Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting:<ul>
<li>Providing financial data and analysis to help management make informed decisions</li>
<li>Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Purchase Order Creation</li>
<li>Financial Reporting</li>
<li>Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing financial records, documentation, and support as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize records, files, and confidential documents</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy</li>
</ul><h3>Process Improvement</h3><ul>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and collection efficiency</li>
<li>Help maintain clear documentation of accounting procedures</li>
</ul><h3>Qualification:</h3><ul>
<li>4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper</li>
<li>Strong understanding of basic accounting principles</li>
<li>Experience working with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations</li>
<li>Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines</li>
</ul><h3>Preferred Qualification</h3><ul>
<li>Experience in healthcare, B2B, or service-based industries</li>
<li>Familiarity with hospital or large institutional billing processes</li>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>
<li>Experience supporting U.S. customers while working offshore</li>
