To help us achieve that goal we are looking for innovative leaders who think big and push boundaries to refactor healthcare and the healthcare delivery system.</p><h3>About the role:</h3><h3>This is a full time role.</h3><p><strong>Hours of Operation</strong>:</p><h3>Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm EST</h3><h3>Friday & Saturday 8am - 6pm EST</h3><ul>
<li>8hr or 10hr shifts</li>
<li>1 late day (working shift ending at 8p EST) is required per week</li>
<li>1 Saturday shift required per quarter</li>
</ul><p>You will deliver quality care to patients on <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oscar">Oscar</a>'s platforms via phone and video. You will also serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers.</p><p>You will report into the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.</p><h3>Work Location: </h3><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oscar">Oscar</a> Medical Group is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission.</p><p>This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; or Virginia. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. </p><h3>Pay Transparency:</h3><p>The base pay for this role is: $216,406 - $284,032 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, and annual performance bonuses.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul>
<li>Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations</li>
<li>Provide medical care virtually (by phone, video, & message) in alignment with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oscar">Oscar</a> Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies</li>
<li>Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines</li>
<li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul>
<li>Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li>
<li>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li>
<li>Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment</li>
<li><em><strong>Must be licensed in Tennessee and Georgia (full license, not telehealth) plus at least two of the following states: Missouri, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Texas</strong></em></li>
<li>Active IMLCC or eligible to apply</li>
<li>Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance, working with our licensing vendor</li>
<li>3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.</li>
<li>Experience with value based care documentation standards</li>
</ul><h3>Bonus points:</h3><ul>
<li>2+ years of Telemedicine experience</li>
<li>Licenses in MO, AL, MS</li>
<li>Regulatory supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)</li>
