<p><strong>Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. must have baseline.</strong></p><h4>Key duties and responsibilities</h4><p>OPA is required to undertake tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><ul>
<li> Proven experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions, OIA including familiarity with the OIA connector framework, styling extensions and OIA APIs;</li>
<li>Experience writing rules in OIAs Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) development tool; Ability to document technical solutions in detail; * Demonstrable architectural or business designer experience would be an advantage;</li>
<li>Skills in the integration of OIA with Siebel would be an advantage;</li>
<li>Ability to elicit requirements from business owners and translate these requirements into specifications;</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience applying a wide variety of Software Development methodologies including waterfall, agile etc.</li>
</ul><h3>Criteria</h3><p>The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified.
