<h3>Job description</h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Backend Software Engineer</strong> to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and evolution of scalable and reliable solutions.</p><p>The ideal candidate has strong experience with <strong>.NET backend development and cloud technologies</strong>, with an interest in leveraging <strong>AI-assisted development tools and practices</strong>, including Claude, AI agents, and skills, to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.</p><p>The role requires close collaboration with <strong>Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders</strong> to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to technical decisions.</p><p>We are also looking for someone who can have a positive impact on the engineering team by <strong>supporting and mentoring less experienced developers</strong>, sharing best practices, providing thoughtful code reviews, and helping raise the overall technical quality of the team.</p><p><strong>Key skills:</strong> .NET / C#, Backend Development, Cloud, APIs & Microservices, AI-assisted Software Development, Claude, AI Agents & Skills, Product Collaboration, Code Reviews, Mentoring, and Software Engineering Best Practices.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul>
